BCW is a workforce development ecosystem built to close the education-to-employment skills gap — starting with the students still in the classroom.

I started BCW Inc. because I watched too many capable students fall through the gap between school and career — not for lack of talent, but for lack of the behavioral tools and career direction no one was responsible for teaching them. We'd already proven this kind of coaching worked inside Blue Chip Works' corporate training programs; BCW Inc. exists to bring that same coaching into schools, free of charge, for the students who need it most.

Our Programs

Two programs. One connected pathway from behavior to career.

Every BCW program is built on the same premise: a student's behavior, confidence, and career direction aren't separate problems to solve one at a time.

In Development
The Model, In Practice
1:1 Every student works with the same coach, every session — no rotating staff.
Strengths The foundational tool, not the end goal — used to work through real behavioral root causes.
Weekly Consistency is the intervention. Coaching happens on a fixed weekly rhythm, all semester.
School-Day Embedded in the school day or after-school — never a disruption to academic instruction.
For Schools & Families

What it looks like to bring BCW to your campus.

BCW's first cohort is already underway. Here's what the partnership process looks like for schools considering the program next.

01

Initial conversation

A school administrator connects with BCW to walk through the coaching model, caseload capacity, and fit for their student population.

02

Memorandum of Understanding

A signed MOU establishes the partnership, coaching schedule, and shared expectations between BCW and the school.

03

Coach placement & caseload

A dedicated coach is assigned to the campus, working with a defined caseload of up to 10 students per semester.

04

Weekly coaching begins

Students meet 1:1 with their coach every week for the semester, with progress shared back to school partners each term.

Common Questions

From schools & families

No. BCW coaches don't provide academic tutoring or clinical therapy. Coaching focuses on behavior, accountability, self-awareness, and career readiness — a distinct, complementary layer of support alongside what schools already provide.

The program is funded through BCW's grant and donor partnerships. Schools enter a partnership through a signed MOU rather than a paid service contract.

Caseloads are determined jointly with school staff based on need, with a firm cap of 10 students per coach per school, per semester, to protect coaching quality.

Coaching runs in 13-week semester blocks. Students may continue into the next semester based on progress and continued need, in coordination with school staff.

Impact & Funders

The case for investing in BCW.

Students need support that goes beyond academic instruction — and schools need a trusted, embedded partner to provide it.

Students need support beyond academics. Behavioral tools, professional identity, and trusted adult relationships aren't automatic — they're built.

Schools need trusted coaching support. Support that complements, not duplicates, existing academic and disciplinary structures.

Career readiness starts before graduation. By senior year, foundational workplace habits are already largely set.

Strengths build confidence and direction. A foundation that discipline-focused interventions don't provide on their own.

Organizational Capacity

Built to be a responsible steward of every dollar.
